There is a healing for some
to read those poets whose words
are dipped in emotion...
baptized in the fires
of long...long ago
…kindled to blazing
and dulled to ashes
by the truth in their words
There is a healing to read poets words
...poets who know the way home...
allowing brothers to hitch rides with them
Delivering them safely...
with hearts far less scarred...
