Fluttering beauties descend to feast upon purple blossoms Summer has come to an end The breeze is now cool Soon they must go down to Mexico...Mexico
Black veined magic ...orange winged gossamer not much longer to linger here They would not survive and so there are whispers of warmer Mexico...Mexico
Soon their wings will beat goodbyes` staccato Soon...soon… I know… Monarch Butterflies must go winging to Mexico…Mexico...
