Criticism

I'm not much for criticizing ~

I don't often "take it well"

Of course, it all depends upon

who's doing the criticizing

and why they feel

it necessary to ring my bell.

I'd like

a "friendly suggestion"

much better

in an e-mail or a

letter

Don't tell me what I did

wrong

Tell me what I did right

If I ask you to critique my work,

then I open myself up to

criticism

But I won't ask you to do that thing,

because I don't like anything

"ism"

I'd find it hard to do the

criticizing

even if you should ask

I don't want to hurt your

feelings,

even if you were to give me

such a task

So, let me know what

you think of my rhyme ~

and whether I should make

a change here and there

Because I'd like to know what

you think

...

But, if I don't agree with you~

Beware.
