Echoes Of Truth
Hark ...
There are those
who would speak with
many voices
Their truths
being as
the sounds of thunder
or steady drums
Do not turn away
from them
to the pipers’ sweeter music
Harsh awakenings
and revelations
are more enlightening
than lulled sleeps’
many illusions..
Listen and so learn
With understanding
you will find
that the beat of your heart
echoes the thunder
of their drums
