He held her in his arms as they danced to the soft music. He felt her body next to his and looked into her eyes to see the love she had for him.

They held each other's hands as they walked on the beach.  He felt her softness and looked into her eyes to see the love she had for him.

He held her close as she cried and felt her warm tears on his chest as she let the anguish inside go. She felt the same in his arms and looked at him with love.

They talked through the night about things that had happened and things that were to come as she looked at him with love in her eyes.

They watched the sunrise as they held each other close, and he saw the sun sparkle in her eyes as she looked at him with love.

He woke up to find himself in the empty room wondering if he could have just one more day with her. Could he tell her all she meant to him and how many times he had looked at her with the same look of love with which she had looked at him?

She was gone, buried under the cold ground, yet in his heart and dreams he would always see her looking at him with love, and he would always look at her with the same look of love.

If he could have just one more day...
