| | | Magical Dreams | | | | | Majestic and White, | | This Creature of the Night, | | Horn aglow, mane white as snow, | | Wings the colors of the rainbow. | | | | In my dreams, it takes me to places unknown. | | We fly through the night, | | Touching the moon and stars. | | | | We go off to places, | | That to others seem so far. | | | | The Moonlight our beacon, | | We follow the glow, | | We land on a mountain, | | With fresh fallen snow. | | | | A castle stands, | | At the top as if it's the spire, | | The walls and windows, | | Reach to places much higher. | | | | We walk through the door, | | As it quietly creaks, | | We know not why we're here, | | But a voice softly speaks. | | | | The Pegacorn kneels, | | As if it's seen Royalty, | | I stand right besides it, | | No boundaries in this dream. | | | | I look up to see, | | A lady in White, | | Her face like an angel, | | Her wings shine like sunlight. | | | | A fairy in this castle, | | She watches over all, | | She grants many wishes, | | Soothes many souls. | | | | We sit there and talk, | | Of things that only friends do, | | Soon it's time to go, | | And quietly we do. | | | | I mount the magic beast, | | And it takes me back home, | | I drift back to sleep, | | And dream of places unknown. | | | | Danielle N.
