Sheila

Sheila sang Creator’s theme

With the harmony of Mother Earth

Babbling brooks and mountain streams

Where all creatures have their worth

She sang of warning and prophesies

Of the beauty in all we see

A Granny sharing love of plants and trees

And all Creator’s creatures on Mother Earth

She sang of tears that sometimes fall

Of brave warriors she has known

She sings the need to tear down the wall

To topple the pedestal and throne

Sheila keeps alive the stories of old

At the camp fire where stories live

In the fire light the stories unfold

Granny, giving all that she can give
