Stella

Stella moderated a radio show
Modern issues with a soft slant bent
Most of her guests didn’t know
From where they came or where they went

The audience was from the fairer side
Childbirth was an issue they knew
News traveled fast both far and wide
Stella’s guests knew just what to do

In labor should one push or shove
Or breathe both deep and fast
Should the father wait with a catcher’s glove
When the infant came out at last

The questions were often rhetorical
And slanted to the fairer side
The male audience was often hysterical
Knowing they should never have taken a side
