Tannis browsed the rummage sales

With her friend Charlene Depue

Every Saturday, it never failed

They had nothing else to do

One Saturday when Charlene was gone

Tannis met a collector named Clark

They rummaged together the whole day long

They rummaged until it was dark

Charlene heard what Tannis had done

So she hunted for the man named Clark

Bound and determined to spoil the fun

She rummaged with Clark in the park

Poor Clark was the victim of rummage envy

Between Tannis and Charlene Depue

Now the three are pretty friendly

Rummaging until their faces are blue
