WE ARE NOT AFRAID OF DYING

Oh we are not afraid of dying,

But our fear of being killed,

Suggests that we are lying,

Or wisdom yet is not fulfilled.

This shaking means I'm bolder,

Than he who shaketh not,

Or maybe I'm just older,

And more aware of getting shot.

Most heroes are not tested,

On the battle fields seldom seen,

Politicians who requested,

A different kind of scene,

To reside as expert judges,

Over where they've never been.
