A Very Special Day

This is a very special day to me

For it is the faces I wish to see

From sun up to sun set

It is very special to me

I see the reminder of all the years gone by

I feel the pain of the Brother that had to die

I see his smile and hear his laughter

This is something that I'll have for hereafter

He will always live as long as I do

I'm sure he would feel the same way too

His name is on the the Vietnam Wall

He answered his country's call

Even if this war was right or wrong

He gave his all.

Today is very special day for me

I can spend it with the Brothers that has gone on

These are the heroes that gave it all
