Sometimes I think that what I think of as "selfish", is really not - it's self-caring.

Here are some things I would like someday, or wish "could be" - Some of these are, of course, just daydreaming, but hey, it's my wish-list, right?

A pair of citrine earrings 

A large ruby ring with a matching bracelet
A diamond heart necklace
A red Volkswagen (automatic)
An Irish Wolfhound

A set of good sterling bangles

A hundred acres of land devoted to the rescue and care of animals that people throw away or injure
No more circuses
An elephant, or a pygmy elephant
A photo shoot in Africa.

A book of my poetry published, and not by a vanity publishing house.

 A visit to Auschwitz
A trip to Cornwall, England, Swansea, Wales and the Highlands of Scotland, where my ancestors came from

An Aran sweater - Irish/handmade cable
Anything from the J. Peterman Catalog
A large amethyst geode

 I'd like to have my grandparents and parents back, now that I have enough age and "wisdom" behind me to appreciate them.... and Bunny.  My dogs and cats, too, and my Florida house, and my marriage.

 I'll think of some more.  Now it's your turn.
